Welcome Vending LTD was formed in 1999 by Gary Dinsdale, who after several years experience with major vending companies believed that businesses within the north east region deserved a far better quality of service. Realistically this could only be provided by small to medium sized vending operators with a more tailored and personal service.

• Each route operator is responsible for all machines on their route and all products within the
machines. This ensures that the vendors are not overfilled with less popular items and enables Welcome Vending to operate a rotation policy on a weekly basis which promotes a greater level of satisfaction with our customers.

• We are not tied to product suppliers ie nestle, walkers etc unlike larger vending companies who are given an annual bonus on sales which benefits only themselves and not the customer.

• We guarantee a 1 hour technical call out service with 2013 averaging 37 minutes from receipt of call to attending site.

• All calls are channelled through the founder and company director Gary Dinsdale on 07967-832066 (this contact number has never changed since the company was established) ...no impersonal telephone messaging services which are often time consuming when attempting to make contact with the appropriate department.

• Our prompt installation service ensures that in most cases we can install equipment within 48 hours of initial contact.

• We pride ourselves on offering some of the lowest vend prices in the north east and we will guarantee no price increase for the first 24 months of any agreement.

• Part of the profits generated through sales are donated to the Trewan Sands Childrens trust to aid terminally ill and sick children across the United Kingdom information on which can be found at www.tsctrust.org.
